There are various times in life when you get sad about life difficulties and woe but in this situation you can try to given time to yourself and try to memorize good moment of life instead of bad you'r only the well wisher of your future not others so below is the some tips i share with you on how to  overcome from depression !

1-MAKE SOME GOAL !
make some aim for your life and try to achieve it and try to remove the distractions from your goals never let anyone to be distract you from your goals and seek for new goal after achieving previous !

2-Be busy 
Be serious to your goal and try to be busy in your life literally it is the  best thing to overcome from depression and anxiety this is the experience of my own so i suggest you to be engage with your goal in any way !

3- Be happy !
Be happy and hangout with good people this is the actual secret  to saying to your depression good bye always thinks good and doing good with others always depend on your self and find the way to be happy because happiness can never buy in rupee !

4-Exercise regularly 
exercise makes our body flexible and also impact on our mood it is way to be mentally relaxed and eating good kind of food if you want to live more and avoid doing smoking it's a bad things to our lungs and body if you love yourself so skip it today !

5- sleep good 
sleeping also impact on our mind if you take good and enough sleep like 6 to 7 hours than you are mentally relaxed and prepaid to fight with depression and seems like an active and this is the essential thing for your goals as well as your better health !
